If you have booked a tour and no longer have the confirmation email, enter the address you booked with below. We will send your booking details again, along with a new link for cancelling your reservation if you need it.
What happens next
For the privacy of our guests, this form gives the same answer to every request and never confirms whether an address has a booking with us. If you do have a booking, the details are on their way; please allow a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. If nothing arrives, write to [email protected] and we will help you directly.
Sending the details also issues a new cancellation link, so any earlier link for that booking will stop working.
